Mida and s&t Iskratel are both focused on creating new added-value experiences for their customers, providing safety, and improving their businesses thanks to their high-quality services. These common objectives are the basis of this long-time collaborative relationship, that begun in 2013.
Dispatcher and Voice Recorder System
The s&t Iskratel Dispatching System that handles incoming calls is well-integrated with Mida Voice Recording System in this new agreement. These two products had already successfully been integrated into the Huawei Digital Railway Solution in 2016, in which they interfaced with Huawei GSM-R System.
Mida Solutions and s&t Iskratel now are also working together on new opportunities in the transportation environment.
An official distributor agreement
Mida and s&t Iskratel have signed a distributor agreement in 2020 to join forces and work together on new projects and opportunities using our products increasing reliability, security, and customer satisfaction. We integrate new voice solutions with existing systems and technologies.
In 2020 we have strengthened our partnership thanks also to some training sessions, organized for Iskratel’s technicians and organized by our team of Engineers in our office in Padua.
